Dusk, the hour when all the sparrows return to their nests, is also the hour when going home alone seems awfully hard.
The loneliness and uncertainty of a woman living alone in a big city led her to be an alcoholic, and pushed her only daughter away to her ex-husband who, along with her daughter, went missing later on. When she finally found them, her daughter was kept in a cage like an animal, and her ex was shoved in a drum filled with cement. It turned out that these were the vengeance of a man.
Ruriko Asaoka plays the role of the alcoholic attorney. Koji Yakusho and Masahiko Tsugawa, two experienced actors co-star in the drama, and Hidekazu Akai plays the role of the magazine writer with an Osaka accent.
